Are AI providers actually meeting their stated SLAs?

13-week scoreboard. Each cell is a 7-day window: green when uptime cleared the provider's stated SLA, red when it didn't. The current snapshot row uses the last 30 days so providers compare apples-to-apples regardless of which window you have open elsewhere on the site.
